Try it at your own risk. When a fresh and unadulterated ghost chili enters the mouth, it soothes in with a short-lived intense sweet chili flavor before it hits you with a stinging heat that wreaks a barrage of havoc you can hardly fathom - profuse sweating, watery eyes, hiccups, and shortness of breath, which the endorphin rush will take care of by making you forget about it.
